Barty Posted by Zoe 1 min read Suddenly, but peacefully, with family by his side, at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, Bobby (formerly Black Diamonds and entertainer at the Dee Club), husband of the late Eleanor, much loved dad of Laney (Elaine), Bobby and the late Charlie, father-in-law of Aggie, devoted grandad of Robert, Keileigh and Kieran, great-grandad of Hali, Rhudi, Molly and Ruby-Lou, dear brother of Anne and the late Maureen, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and good friend to many. Funeral service at Douglas Sports and Recreational Club, Balmoral Terrace, Dundee, on Tuesday, June 9th, at 12 noon, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Interment thereafter at Pitkerro Grove Cemetery, arriving Drumsturdy Road, at 1 p.m. Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu, if so desired, can be made at the sports club, in aid of Roxburghe House East Wing comfort fund.
