The cards, flowers and memories of him shared were warmly received; special thanks to all the doctors and staff at Princes Street Surgery, the district and Macmillan nurses and the staff at Roxburghe House for their compassion, respect and care for Sandy and his family in his final weeks; thanks also to James Ashton & Son for their professional and supportive service throughout this difficult time, to Fiona Liddell for her eulogy and service that captured Sandy so well. Also to the staff at Malmaison hotel for their excellent service and to all those who joined the family to pay their respects at Dundee Crematorium and kindly donated to Roxburghe House Comfort Fund. Sandy will be missed.
